Double-sided non-woven tape Taplomax-100 is a high-adhesion mounting material designed for high-speed lines in printing and paper packaging production. It ensures instant and ultra-strong bonding of paper, cardboard, and plastics, minimizing equipment downtime. The semi-transparent paper-based tape can be easily torn by hand and has exceptional shear strength, making it indispensable for high-speed production and finishing of printed materials.

It maintains a minimal seam thickness, which is critical for the smooth passage of bonded paper through printing machine rollers. The modified acrylic adhesive provides immediate adhesion even to porous and rough types of cardboard.

The non-woven adhesive tape retains its properties under heating (up to +100°C for long-term use and up to +200°C for short-term exposure up to 5 minutes), allowing its use in processes involving subsequent shrink packaging and in dry heat sterilizers for cosmetic and medical instruments. The adhesive layer does not dry out, does not yellow, and does not bleed through thin paper over time.

The protective paper liner is easy to remove on high-speed semi-automatic lines without tearing.
